摘要(Abstract)：
ODS的主要作用是提供实时访问和战术分析支持。通过比较各种基于ODS的数据仓库体系结构模型,提出具有通用性、可扩展性、灵活性和高性能的动态数据仓库体系结构模型,它能满足银行客户关系管理应用中业务和数据管理的要求。
